Pastry production line
The high-speed bread production line’s main structure consists of a first pre-pressing roller, a second 12-roller thinning unit, a third leveling host pressing roller, a filling machine, and an independent cutting station (spherical products come with a pinching/forming machine).
The main frame is constructed primarily from all-stainless steel materials, precisely cut with large-scale lasers and welded, ensuring stability, robustness, safety, and hygiene. It’s also easy to clean.
The main control system uses PLC control, with Taiwan FOTEK photoelectric sensors for dough sheet management and a touch screen display to achieve a modern automated human-machine interface. Parameters can be remembered and saved, ensuring a high degree of automation.
The dough sheet passes through three pressing rollers for thinning and filling, making operation safe and simple.
The cutting station is independently separated, allowing the dough to shrink before cutting. This results in more precise product weight and more stable operation.
The high-speed pinching/forming machine is 50% faster than traditional models, with a simple and reasonable structure, stable performance, excellent forming results, and low noise.
The entire machine does not damage the dough’s organizational structure, resulting in products that are more lustrous, consistently high in quality, and uniform in size.
